Clubhouse Rental Information

Need a place for your next party?  Our beautiful clubhouse can accommodate parties up to 140 guests.  Rental rates are very reasonable, $125 (1 - 99 guests) or $200 (100 - 140 guests).  The next time you need a location to host a Baby Shower, Wedding Reception/Showers, Celebration Parties, Business Meetings, Family Reunions, Retirement Parties, etc...remember our OOI Clubhouse is AVAILABLE!

If you are interested in reserving the clubhouse, you will need to fill out and print two copies of the Clubhouse Rental Application (available below) and hand carry it to the Clubhouse Manager - it is that easy!  In addition, the clubhouse can only be rented by Old Orchard I Homeowners or renters in the OOI association area.  Contact Kathy Plasterer, Clubhouse Manager directly for clubhouse availability.  Please note that the requested rental dates are NOT confirmed until the Clubhouse Manager:

1. Signs the rental application,
2. Receives payment (including deposit) for the event, and
3. Board of Director’s approve the rental

The Board of Directors trust that you will enjoy the use of your clubhouse facilities.  Observing the established rules and regulations on the Pool and Clubhouse Rules, you will insure that others will enjoy its use as well.
