Welcome to Old Orchard I - Architectural Web Page

Like most HOAs, OOI has a set of CC&Rs to address such matters as architectural control, vehicle restrictions, use restrictions, etc. By themselves, the CC&Rs do not provide all the answers to homeowner questions. The Association has other governing documents, most notably the Architectural Standards, to help in this regard. These documents also provide a means by which the Association can respond, as needed, to a wide range of architectural issues, including matters of non-compliance.
