For years, homeowners, Architectural Committee Members, and even Board members have raised questions and concerns about architectural changes within OO1.  The CC&Rs do not provide all the answers - nor were they intended to do so.  (While CC&Rs provide a broad framework, they do not necessarily provide specific answers, especially relating to architectural issues.)  To resolve this dilemma, our CC&Rs authorize the Board to develop and adopt Architectural Standards and procedural rules.  These Standards and rules attempt to clarify architectural matters for everyone.  They also provide a means by which the Association can respond, as needed, to a wide range of architectural issues, including matters of non-compliance.  Below are links which deal directly with homeowner architectural improvements within OO1:
