Old Orchard I is comprised of 389 homes in the planned community of Valencia, 30 miles north of downtown Los Angeles.  The Old Orchard I subdivision is situated in the beautiful City of Santa Clarita.  The area offers an abundance of things to see and do, starting with Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor, five nearby lakes, golf courses, and, of course plenty of shopping and dining in the beautiful Valencia Town Center.  Throughout the valley you will find a wide selection of dining choices, sprinkled with cozy coffeehouses and award-winning menus.
